Datawatch Systems, Inc., a leader in commercial building electronic access control and alarm monitoring, is seeking a Service Technician to service our access control and CCTV systems in commercial building in the DMV region.
The Service Technician will respond to calls for service from customers. They will travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and repair access control and alarm monitoring equipment. The Service Technician will interact with the customer, vendors and other Datawatch employees to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
The hours for this position are noon - 8:00 pm Monday through Friday with some opportunities for overtime. Region of responsibility includes DC, MD and VA.
