  • Overview

    The Systems Upgrade Customer Service Representative will be tasked various projects assigned by the Customer Service Manager.  The Customer Service Representitive  will act as a liaison between our customers and internal Datawatch teams to ensure tasks are successfully completed while maintaining a high level of customer service.


    Duties will include the following:

    • Communicating project requirements to all parties involved
    • Coordinating schedule and communicating it with necessary individuals
    • Auditing current database
    • Presenting new functionalities to clients
    • Upselling new products to clients


    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to interface and communication with internal departments in a clear and professional manner
    • Ability to interface and communication with clients in a clear and professional manner
    • Must demonstrate initiative
    • Ability to multi task in a high-paced environment
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Must have professional appearance
    • Must be able to work outside of normal business hours when needed (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
    • Must have the desire to become familiar with and competent in all aspects of the Access Control business.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Experience speaking in front of a group is a plus.
    • Experience with services in the commercial office building and residential apartment building/property management environment is a plus. 
    • Direct customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
    • 5-7 years of project management
